After a thriving career in many different businesses, Red Chair Highland was pleased to welcome Cath to the team. As a motivated, results-oriented collaborator, she has helped to make us what we are today.

Ruth is an essential part of the team, and has been with Red Chair Highland since the very beginning. As a Project Worker she has worked with and helped countless customers and ran numerous projects over the years. 

Kevin - Operations Manager

Communications & Funding Officer

Kevin joined Red Chair Highland in 2020. He is a vital part of our team, overseeing our social media, creating our website and designing all our marketing materials and learning resources. 

Over the years, Kevin has developed his skills and is a superb funding officer, a task which is a key component of any small enterprise relying on funding.

He has a keen eye for design and creates logos (including our very own Red Chair Highland logo) and Facebook pages for other charitable or community organisations in the Highlands.

Carol Clark

Mentor

SQA Workplace Assessor and Mentor at Red Chair Highland; meeting clients and undertaking new tasks are enjoyable and interesting. 

Initially joining us at Red Chair Highland in 2021 as a volunteer, which gave Carol a platform to use her many skills and work / life experiences to support clients with their digital needs, Carol is now our in-house Mentor.

Enabling our service users to establish their learning needs and styles to embed and accelerate their learning. 

Carol encourages and guides service user to focus on their future employment and training.

Carol's passion for learning new things became reignited when she attended the UHI in 2018, studying Contemporary Art Practice, as a mature student.
